All registrations for classes provided by Dallas Academy of Dentistry are subject to the refund terms outlined below. By completing registration, participants agree to this policy.

·         Full Refund:
A full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the class start date.

·         Partial Refund:
A partial refund of 50% may be granted if cancellation occurs within 1 day before the class start date.

·         No Refund:
No refunds will be issued once:

o    The class has started

o    Access to course materials has been provided

o    A live session has been attended (in full or in part)

Registration fees, processing fees, or third-party platform fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for missed classes due to personal circumstances, technical issues on the participant’s side, or failure to attend.

If the organizer cancels or reschedules a class:

·         Participants may choose a full refund or

·         Transfer their registration to a future session or another class of equal value.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to register@dallasacademyofdentistry.com and include:

·         Participant’s full name

·         Class name

·         Proof of registration

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

The organizer reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will not affect registrations already completed.
